The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 2.52 crore compared to net loss of Rs 5.43 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 25.67 per cent at Rs 94.79 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 127.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 35.29 per cent to Rs 84.69 crore from Rs 130.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 207.14 per cent at Rs 0.43 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 402.40 per cent to Rs 10.10 crore as against Rs -3.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 506.87 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 35.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 130.03 per cent at Rs 0.88 crore (Mar'24 Rs -2.93 crore).
