The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.13 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.99 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 57.53 per cent at Rs 50.26 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 118.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 58.17 per cent to Rs 49.72 crore from Rs 118.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 1.30 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.30 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 205.77 per cent to Rs 0.55 crore as against Rs -0.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 347.73 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 43.15 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.83 crore, while Taxation increased by 950.00 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.06 crore).
