Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.\r\n2. Recommendation of Final Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2024-25, if any.\r\n3. Proposal of Sub-division/Split of the Equity Shares of the Company in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors and matters incidental and related thereto.\r\n4.
