The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.82 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 209.89 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.25 per cent at Rs 246.37 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 238.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.12 per cent to Rs 232.42 crore from Rs 221.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 17.65 per cent at Rs 0.84 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.42 per cent to Rs 13.95 crore as against Rs 17.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.99 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 7.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.74 crore, while Taxation decreased by 9.52 per cent at Rs 1.52 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.68 crore).
