The Board at its Meeting held on May 28, 2025, has recommended a payment of dividend of Rs.130 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, to the shareholders, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 65th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 6, 2025. The said dividend shall be paid latest by September 5, 2025.
