The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, July 31, 2025, to Wednesday, August 6, 2025 (both days inclusive), for the payment of the dividend and the 65th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 6, 2025.
