The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 53.84 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 250.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 78.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 78.21 per cent at Rs 55.83 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 256.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 305.26 per cent to Rs 2.31 crore from Rs 0.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 94.74 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.19 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 79.07 per cent to Rs 53.52 crore as against Rs 255.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.92 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 106.43 per cent at Rs -0.32 crore (Mar'24 Rs 4.98 crore).
