The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.52 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 817.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 49.58 per cent at Rs 5.97 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.55 per cent to Rs 6.64 crore from Rs 8.80 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 121.97 per cent to Rs -0.67 crore as against Rs 3.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 143.78 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 7.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.25 crore, while Taxation decreased by 62.69 per cent at Rs -0.25 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.67 crore).
