The board in its meeting today i.e., on May 30, 2025 has recommended the appointment of Mr. VBSS Prasad, Practicing Company Secretary as the secretarial auditor of the company for a period of 5 consecutive years from FY 2025-26 and FY 2029-30, subject to the approval of shareholders.
