The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.17 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.27 per cent at Rs 28.37 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.12 per cent to Rs 23.59 crore from Rs 26.54 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 1.06 per cent to Rs 4.78 crore as against Rs 4.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.38 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 80.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 31.97 per cent at Rs 1.00 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.47 crore).
