The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.05 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.21 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.16 per cent at Rs 11.38 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.09 per cent to Rs 10.94 crore from Rs 10.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 550.00 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 40.54 per cent to Rs 0.44 crore as against Rs 0.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.27 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 11.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.32 crore, while Taxation increased by 129.03 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.62 crore).
