The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.02 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1577.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 64.64 per cent at Rs 42.32 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 119.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 61.12 per cent to Rs 47.17 crore from Rs 121.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 62.67 per cent at Rs 9.76 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 6.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 199.38 per cent to Rs -4.85 crore as against Rs -1.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 748.89 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 97.27 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation decreased by 154.05 per cent at Rs -0.20 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.37 crore).
