The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.52 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 72.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 57.12 per cent at Rs 5.78 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 55.74 per cent to Rs 4.47 crore from Rs 10.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 61.24 per cent to Rs 1.31 crore as against Rs 3.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.50 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 133.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 73.53 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.34 crore).
