The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.27 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 22.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.54 per cent at Rs 13.02 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.07 per cent to Rs 12.73 crore from Rs 13.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 28.17 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.71 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 222.22 per cent to Rs 0.29 crore as against Rs 0.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 222.06 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 14.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 42.86 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.07 crore).
