Allotment of 1,25,00,000 equity shares to the holders of Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS), pursuant to the exercise of their right to convert 25,00,000 (Twenty-Five Lakh) 0% unlisted CCPS into equity shares of the Company, in accordance with the terms of the CCPS and as per the communication received by us via mails dated June 10th, 2025.
