The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.90 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.26 per cent at Rs 78.70 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 61.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.85 per cent to Rs 61.59 crore from Rs 44.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 56.82 per cent at Rs 0.69 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.44 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.52 per cent to Rs 17.10 crore as against Rs 16.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.01 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 37.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 25.60 per cent at Rs 2.60 crore (Mar'24 Rs 2.07 crore).
