ZIM Laboratories Limited has announced the successful completion of its investment of Euro 3,00,000 in the equity shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, SIA ZIM Laboratories Limited. This update follows the company’s earlier disclosure dated March 28, 2025, regarding its plan to invest up to Euro 4,00,000 in the subsidiary.

The investment was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Following this infusion, ZIM Laboratories continues to hold 100% equity ownership in SIA ZIM Laboratories Limited.
