GHCL Ltd. on Thursday, 08 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 120 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 17 July 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 17 July 2025.

The last five dividends are 120% Final dividend (Ex Date : 01 July 2024), 175% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 June 2023), 50% Special dividend (Ex Date : 22 June 2022), 100% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 June 2022) and 55% Final dividend (Ex Date : 10 June 2021).
