The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. 24th June, 2025 has considered and approved the re-appointment of Internal and Cost auditor of the Company for the financial year 2025-26. Further, they have also recommended the appointment of Secretarial auditor for five years to the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
