We wish to inform you that pursuant to the scheme of Amalgamation of TAAL Tech India Pvt Ltd(Transferor Company) with TAAL Enterprises Ltd(Transferee Company), the NCLT Bengaluru Bench has issued order dated 21st May, 2025 sanctioning the scheme and the said order has been filled by both the transferor and transferee Company with the Registrar of Companies, Bengaluru earlier today i.e. 27th June, 2025.
