We hereby inform that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, June 30, 2025 has considered and approved the scheme of amalgamation for amalgamating Kandla Energy & Chemicals Limited-Wholly Owned Subsidiary with and into Deep Industries Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors, in terms of provisions of Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws including the rules and regulations.
