Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors considered and approved the 1) Issuance of Corporate Guarantee, 2) Acceptance of Credit Facility from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, and 3) Acceptance of Credit Facility and creation of Charge in favor of HDFC Bank Limited.
