1. Board has considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Anu Marwah, DIN- 00645865 currently Non-Executive Director, as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years i.e from 9th July 2025 to 8th July 2030, subject to approval of Shareholders in ensuing General meeting.\r\n2. Board has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Inesh Marwah, DIN- 11192771 as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company w.e.f 9th July, 2025 who shall hold office upto the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.\r\n3. Approved the Re-constitution of various Committees of the Board. The details of re-Composition of all Committees are enclosed as Annexure B.\r\n
