The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 50.82 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 35.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 41.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.25 per cent at Rs 245.61 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 242.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.95 per cent to Rs 238.95 crore from Rs 229.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 30.14 per cent at Rs 69.48 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 53.39 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 47.60 per cent to Rs 6.65 crore as against Rs 12.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 48.18 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 1.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.55 crore, while Taxation decreased by 38.23 per cent at Rs 7.66 crore (Jun'24 Rs 12.40 crore).
