The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.56 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.48 per cent at Rs 12.46 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.73 per cent to Rs 14.45 crore from Rs 15.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 3.48 per cent at Rs 5.82 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 6.03 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 23.75 per cent to Rs -1.99 crore as against Rs -2.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 24.13 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 42.19 per cent at Rs 0.91 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.64 crore).
