The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 46.66 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 41.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.48 per cent at Rs 209.59 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 175.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.63 per cent to Rs 53.77 crore from Rs 41.48 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 16.34 per cent to Rs 155.82 crore as against Rs 133.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.63 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 16.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 90.68 crore, while Taxation increased by 14.74 per cent at Rs 16.27 crore (Jun'24 Rs 14.18 crore).
