The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 2.07 crore compared to net loss of Rs 1.29 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.10 per cent at Rs 17.57 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.94 per cent to Rs 22.99 crore from Rs 17.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3603.70 per cent at Rs 10.00 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.27 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 285.11 per cent to Rs -5.43 crore as against Rs -1.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 263.96 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 92.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.77 crore, while Taxation increased by 218.60 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.43 crore).
