The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.01 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 25.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 23.05 per cent at Rs 15.26 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 27.47 per cent to Rs 13.04 crore from Rs 17.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 400.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.00 per cent to Rs 2.22 crore as against Rs 1.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 55.67 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation decreased by 50.00 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.02 crore).
