The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.38 per cent at Rs 662.39 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 773.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.83 per cent to Rs 607.72 crore from Rs 721.99 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 0.65 per cent at Rs 6.09 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 6.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.77 per cent to Rs 54.67 crore as against Rs 51.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 23.50 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 12.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 15.77 crore, while Taxation decreased by 6.03 per cent at Rs 8.41 crore (Jun'24 Rs 8.95 crore).
