The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.52 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 26.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 55.24 per cent at Rs 67.59 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 47.32 per cent to Rs 8.78 crore from Rs 5.96 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 56.49 per cent to Rs 58.81 crore as against Rs 37.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.81 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 102.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 24.80 crore, while Taxation increased by 35.95 per cent at Rs 9.34 crore (Jun'24 Rs 6.87 crore).
