The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.29 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 0.23 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.79 per cent at Rs 9.57 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.99 per cent to Rs 7.55 crore from Rs 7.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.46 per cent to Rs 2.02 crore as against Rs 2.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.31 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 9.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 111.11 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.09 crore).
