The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.16 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 22.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 99.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.60 per cent at Rs 30.80 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 44.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 39.74 per cent to Rs 24.86 crore from Rs 17.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 98.36 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.83 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 77.66 per cent to Rs 5.94 crore as against Rs 26.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 67.80 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 650.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.25 crore, while Taxation decreased by 95.94 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Jun'24 Rs 4.43 crore).
