The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 226.94 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.09 per cent at Rs 11.71 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 28.43 per cent to Rs 8.81 crore from Rs 12.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 686.62 per cent at Rs 11.17 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.62 per cent to Rs 2.90 crore as against Rs 2.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 45.19 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 183.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.34 crore, while Taxation increased by 406.90 per cent at Rs 2.94 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.58 crore).
