The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.62 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.37 per cent at Rs 51.84 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 51.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.76 per cent to Rs 40.48 crore from Rs 36.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 83.33 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.30 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 23.09 per cent to Rs 11.36 crore as against Rs 14.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 23.39 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.80 crore, while Taxation decreased by 41.90 per cent at Rs 2.08 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.58 crore).
