DLF Home Developers Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of DLF Ltd., India’s largest listed real estate developer, in partnership with Trident Realty, has announced the complete sellout of Phase 1 of their flagship Mumbai project, The Westpark. Located off Link Road in Andheri West, this premium residential development marks DLF’s official entry into Mumbai’s housing market.
All 416 units across the four towers launched in Phase 1 have been sold out, generating over Rs 2,300 crore in sales. Initially, only two towers were launched, but overwhelming demand prompted the release of all four, resulting in a swift sellout in under a week — a rare feat in Mumbai's typically steady absorption market.
