The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 419.28 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 665.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 37.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.39 per cent at Rs 2,625.59 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,357.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.52 per cent to Rs 2,323.90 crore from Rs 1,714.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 6.76 per cent at Rs 289.31 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 271.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 53.03 per cent to Rs 301.69 crore as against Rs 642.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 57.83 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 33.78 per cent at Rs 147.57 crore (Jun'24 Rs 222.85 crore).
