The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.71 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.95 per cent at Rs 9.24 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.78 per cent to Rs 4.14 crore from Rs 3.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 161.95 per cent at Rs 2.96 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.13 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 37.88 per cent to Rs 5.10 crore as against Rs 8.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 23.37 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.15 crore, while Taxation decreased by 40.79 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.52 crore).
