Brigade Enterprises has entered into Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) with landowners to develop two residential projects in Hyderabad, projected to generate revenue of over Rs 970 crore.

In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company announced that the projects—Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3—will be located in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad.

Spread across 10 acres, the developments will offer a combined potential of approximately 10 lakh square feet of residential space.
