The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.83 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 454.90 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.91 per cent at Rs 4.67 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.34 per cent to Rs 4.17 crore from Rs 4.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1123.81 per cent at Rs 2.57 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 16.67 per cent to Rs 0.50 crore as against Rs 0.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.15 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 20.83 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.24 crore).
