The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.22 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4645.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 118.37 per cent at Rs 33.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 86.82 per cent to Rs 28.64 crore from Rs 15.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 596.88 per cent at Rs 2.23 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16033.33 per cent to Rs 4.78 crore as against Rs -0.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7621.05 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 1150.00 per cent at Rs 1.75 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.14 crore).
