The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.38 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 82.88 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 80.11 per cent at Rs 2.87 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.77 per cent to Rs 0.51 crore from Rs 0.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.14 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 83.02 per cent to Rs 2.36 crore as against Rs 13.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.59 per cent in June quarter.
