The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 277.95 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 348.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.78 per cent at Rs 1,583.16 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,754.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.75 per cent to Rs 981.72 crore from Rs 964.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 94.03 per cent at Rs 47.15 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 24.30 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 23.86 per cent to Rs 601.44 crore as against Rs 789.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.62 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.30 per cent y-o-y to Rs 96.67 crore, while Taxation decreased by 34.52 per cent at Rs 156.64 crore (Jun'24 Rs 239.21 crore).
