The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.99 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 0.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.42 per cent at Rs 100.34 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 97.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.86 per cent to Rs 77.88 crore from Rs 74.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.17 per cent at Rs 2.74 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.40 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.32 per cent to Rs 22.45 crore as against Rs 22.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.56 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 4.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.26 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.85 per cent at Rs 5.85 crore (Jun'24 Rs 5.96 crore).
