The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 21.69 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 22.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.77 per cent at Rs 83.38 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 78.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.36 per cent to Rs 60.87 crore from Rs 60.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 961.88 per cent at Rs 16.99 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.60 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 23.82 per cent to Rs 22.51 crore as against Rs 18.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.09 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 94.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.15 crore, while Taxation increased by 12.65 per cent at Rs 7.75 crore (Jun'24 Rs 6.88 crore).
