The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 40.22 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 37.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.54 per cent at Rs 177.35 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 172.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.55 per cent to Rs 120.11 crore from Rs 122.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 17.27 per cent at Rs 13.38 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 11.41 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.32 per cent to Rs 57.24 crore as against Rs 50.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.57 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 1133.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 1.78 per cent at Rs 13.75 crore (Jun'24 Rs 13.51 crore).
