The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 52.57 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 63.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 16.87 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.70 per cent at Rs 168.24 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 172.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.33 per cent to Rs 91.56 crore from Rs 81.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 136.76 per cent at Rs 10.82 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 4.57 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 16.09 per cent to Rs 76.68 crore as against Rs 91.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.76 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 15.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.46 per cent at Rs 17.92 crore (Jun'24 Rs 20.24 crore).
