The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 42.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.75 per cent at Rs 61.07 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 45.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.22 per cent to Rs 38.63 crore from Rs 31.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 61.35 per cent at Rs 0.63 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.63 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 56.81 per cent to Rs 22.44 crore as against Rs 14.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.26 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 15.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 39.10 per cent at Rs 2.17 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.56 crore).
