The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.19 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 27.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.76 per cent at Rs 9.83 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 30.77 per cent to Rs 8.01 crore from Rs 11.57 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 166.18 per cent to Rs 1.81 crore as against Rs 0.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 231.83 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 20.00 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.35 crore).
