Aarnav Fashions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/08/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (\Listing Regulations\), please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 07, 2025 at the registered office of the Company to, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for the corresponding period. \r\n\r\nFurther, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window is already closed with effect from April 01, 2025 and will continue to remain closed up to the 48 hours from the adoption of Un-Audited Financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025.
