The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.69 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 162.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.55 per cent at Rs 131.85 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 105.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.16 per cent to Rs 119.20 crore from Rs 91.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 412.82 per cent at Rs 8.00 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.56 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.41 per cent to Rs 12.65 crore as against Rs 14.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.91 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation decreased by 46.54 per cent at Rs 3.01 crore (Jun'24 Rs 5.63 crore).
